Cisco Recognizes TBL Networks Customer Satisfaction Excellence

Richmond, Virginia - April 27, 2008 - Cisco Systems is pleased to recognize and congratulate
TBL Networks, Inc. for achieving Cisco Channel Customer Satisfaction Excellence.
Customer Satisfaction Excellence is the highest distinction a partner can achieve within the
Cisco Channel Partner Program. TBL Networks, Inc. will be recognized for Customer Satisfaction
Excellence in the Cisco Partner Locator with a special star indicator representing your achievement.
