The TBL Green Light Agreement (GLA) for ongoing support operates in a retainer-type model. The benefits to prepaying for services are many.  A GLA contract offers a reduced hourly rate for labor, access to an exclusive telephone number, email address, and website for requesting support, a guaranteed response time from our engineers for emergency calls and access to our Customer Portal for tracking Support Requests & TBL-managed maintenance contracts. Basically it’s a support service all-you-can-eat buffet. Metaphorically speaking’ of course.
